4. advent: No. 3 Kastrup as a dress

Happy 4th of advent! It isn't long until Christmas now. I hope you've enjoyed our advent calendar this year. But we aren't all finished yet! We're still missing the last surprise.

In today's surprise, I want to inspire you. The surprise is more inspiration than it's anything new.

In this post, the final Sunday advent surprise, we collect all the other surprises in a new way. First, I want to show you a dress made of No. 3 Kastrup with long sleeves.

It doesn't take much equipment or imagination to do this, but I wanted to share it with you if it was brand new information for you. I know No. 3 Kastrup is one of your favourites, so maybe this is a new way to use your favourite pattern in a new way.

No. 3 Kastrup as a dress is quite simple; just make the blouse longer. In this version, you see on the pictures, I've added 40 cm. I've made it in a shiny blue fabric, and I think it looks so good on Sofie, who's on the pictures.

I've styled the dress a bit rock-ish; a black wool coat, boots and a heavy belt in the waist. But at the same time, it's still classy because of the red lips and the fit of the dress. You could easily add heels to the outfit instead!

The perfect Christmas and New Year's dress!

I wish you all a Merry Christmas.

Lots of Christmas love from Nanna
